Other Matters
This fee schedule is provided for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate rate for unspecified tasks.
We invoice for our time rounded up to the next one-tenth of an hour (in six-minute increments).
In addition to the foregoing fees, the client is responsible for all expenses and costs we incur on behalf of the client, and we bill the client accordingly. Among others, these costs may include charges from third-party service providers, such as attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, tax preparers, and real estate professionals.
We reserve the right to charge:
An annual management fee on trust estates exceeding $1 million in assets
Additional fees in cases we determine to be particularly complex or contentious
Time-and-a-half for services provided after normal business hours, on weekends, or holidays
We review our fee schedule periodically and may increase our fees at any time. Existing clients will receive a written 60-day advance notice of relevant fee increases. Fees will be billed at the rate in effect when services are performed.
